Re-energising for Exceptional Performance

This program targets all employees at all levels of the organisation. It is a self-reflection and renewal program that charts a new path towards building a high performing team that delivers extraordinary results.

This program has several objectives including:

  • Exploring, with participants, team dynamics for delivering superior results and making distinctive impact.
  • Exposing participants to their strengths and providing a guide in deploying these strengths for value creation at both the personal and professional level.
  • Engaging with participants to appreciate the need for continuous change as the foundation for personal and organisational success.
  • Deep dialoguing with participants in a self-renewal process intended to re-position and re-energise participants for exceptional performance.
  • Influencing participants at all levels to exercise leadership effectively and responsibly;
  • To enable participants appreciate the need for continuous change as the foundation for business and personal growth.

At the end of this program, participants will understand their role in driving growth, responsibilities and attributes of high performing teams and appreciate the need for team work, management and leadership to maximise value beyond the expectations of stakeholders. 

The program will motivate and inspire participants, align ambitions and obtain commitments from participants. Participants will leave the program fully energised, re-positioned and transformed for higher productivity and performance. 

“Re-energising for Exceptional Performance” is one of Edge Faculty’s flagship human capacity development programs. It is program for all staff irrespective of level with CHANGE at the core of this program. The maximum batch for this program is 40 to 50 people per batch, with each cohort being taken through a three-day session.

At the end of the training program, participants will understand their role in driving growth, responsibilities and attributes of high performing teams and appreciate the need for team work, management and leadership in a way that creates and maximises value in a way that exceeds the expectations of stakeholders.
