Emerging Leaders Program (Leading with Authenticity)

This is targeted at the middle level category of staff who are on the verge of being moved up as Supervisors, and Unit and Divisional Heads. The program also targets all Managers. This program provides the right foundation for people at all levels to be transitioned into leadership with focus on providing participants with insights to lead with authenticity. This program is for the future leaders of your organisation.

The objectives of the program are to, amongst others:

• Provide participants with the necessary tools and skills to solve complex challenges.
• Give them an understanding of the elements required to secure the right to lead.
• Provide participants with an understanding of the roles, responsibilities and stewardship demands of leadership.
• Offer participants an understanding of authenticity and expectations of leadership.
• Enable participants to understand the alignments between leadership, people and performance.
• Engage participants in a process that creates greater self-awareness and highlights the elements of great leadership thus leading to an understanding of the process and symptoms for leadership failure.
• Provide participants with a framework to anticipate and prepare for disruptive trends.

The Emerging Leaders Program is a four-day program, including a day of field leadership exercises, where participants engage in diverse leadership exercises that collectively become the subject for Day 4, which focuses on  reflective analysis of leadership.
