Leading Growth in Times of Change

Leading Growth in times of Change is a programme developed by the Edge Faculty after years of deep business understanding and many years of research to deal with three fundamental challenges faced by businesses as they navigate through diverse strategy in delivering on their stewardship responsibility.

This program confronts head one the problems that holds your business back and deals with the three fundamental challenges of Leadership; Change and Growth.  We live in uncertain times and the new global economic and emotional demands require new leadership understanding and perspectives if the businesses we lead are to witness expected growth.  

The programme is targeted at supervisors, managers and emerging leaders at all levels of the organisation. At the end of the program, participants would have gained:

• New insights and perspectives on management and leadership and how to confront and deal with downturns and growth issues
• Multi-disciplinary approaches to dealing with emerging trends and changes
• Thorough understanding of new global changes and how to position to take advantage
